I came here looking for a relaxing escape as a busy working mom and this spa absolutely delivered. Sharon has the hands of an angel! Her touch was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling completely renewed. Larissa was also so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch: clean, calming, and truly spa-like. Professional, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

JW Marriott Orlando (Bonnet creek): I came into the spa completely jetlagged and sleep deprived and was treated to an absolutely delightful "pamper session" with Sharon's healing hands. Hands down the best therapist I've ever encountered at any Marriott spa globally! The entire spa team were warm, friendly, welcoming and super helpful.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Spa by JW! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. I booked a massage and body scrub, and I can’t say enough good things about my therapist — they were not only incredibly strong and skilled but also so kind and attentive throughout the entire session. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — the perfect balance of deep pressure and relaxation. The body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed. It was clear that the therapist truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and that the experience was personalized to my needs. The spa itself was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for total relaxation. I left feeling renewed, recharged, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend Spa by JW to anyone looking for a truly exceptional spa experience!

The experience at this spa was the best I've ever had. It was my birthday and I booked a resort Pass Plus massage. Sharon was my masseuse and she was incredible! We talked and realized we had several things in common and she was just a sweet, inviting and kind person to be around. She even gave me a little gift at the end. All of the amenities were great. I particularly loved the steam room and the aromatherapy shower. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and I will more than likely be back!

Wow, one of the best spa experiences of my life. Amazing! 🤩 Cold mist, sauna, aromatherapy and steam room just to begin. Everything felt luxurious and my summer facial was incredible not to mention the mimosa that came with the facial was so tasty. Jennifer was an absolute gem and left my skin glowing. ✨ If I stay at a Bonnet Creek Resort again I will definitely be back.

This is my go-to place to really relax and spoil myself with a Swedish Massage and foot scrub. The aromatherapy shower, ice bath, and sauna are a wonderful treat. Sharon targeted my tension areas that she put me to sleep. I didn't want to leave.

Hands down the best spa in Orlando and one of the best spas I’ve ever been to. As someone who goes to spas a lot, so have extremely high standards and expectations. A majority of spas miss the mark but here, they know what they’re doing. I’ve been coming to this spa ever since they opened and they constantly surpass my expectations. Their facilities are beautiful and it’s always spotless. Some of the best massage tables ever. Most properties in the disney area cater only to tourists. As a local, this spa makes me feel special each and every time I come in. The staff are amazing and provide top notch service. Jill who works as a curator is truly a pleasure. Larissa who is a supervisor is always thinking of new ways to make me feel valued as a regular at the spa. If you want the best massage of your life, I highly recommend Matthew. I work out a lot and suffer from migraines and his treatments have genuinely helped me. He has so much knowledge and extensive experience and it shows in the treatments I’ve received. Truly an amazing individual. Sometimes going to spas, you never know how good the massage therapists will be but I can confidently tell you that each and every staff member and therapist is the best of the best. I’d give more stars if I could. Their Forbes 4 stars are well deserved. All this to say, I’d highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for an amazing spa experience.

The entire spa experience was 5 Star from reception to check out. My massage was perfect. Susan worked on my muscles to relieve tension and pain immediately. I throughly enjoyed the relaxation room the rain shower sauna and steam room. I would really enjoy a return visit. This was a gift from our son and daughter in law. Fantastic!

Simply amazing! First time here. I came to decompress and relax. I did the Winter warm up massage and wrap. My masseuse, Sharon was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable, the pressure she was using was good and made it a truly relaxing experience. 10 out of 10 I would come again and recommend both the Spa and Sharon!
